Greg May Honda has made almost $3,000 in work from my car. Unfortunately, the concerns I had for what could be wrong have not been addressed. My ac is still not fixed after a $235 charge for Freon I knew car. Unfortunately, the concerns I had for what could be wrong have not been addressed. My ac is still not fixed after a $235 charge for Freon I knew it didn’t need. Also the clunking in the front drivers side wheel is not fixed either. I did notice other noises it previously made are no longer a problem, but the actual issues I took it in for are still not fixed. I am due any day with a new baby and my odyssey is the only vehicle that fits our family. My kids and I are hot and sweating while driving. Honda has not responded to multiple phone calls and voicemails. At this point I am going to have to take legs action against this dealership for their poor service and service department. I thought taking it is Waco to be fixed would be better than Killeen or Round Rock, apparently I was wrong. Is someone could please reach out to help get this issue fixed that would be wonderful. I understand times are difficult and there is a shortage of workers, but kindness and workmanship accountability are still a thing. More
