Dealer was very helpful to work me in after I experienced a vehicle issue while on travel away from home. Repair was completed with no issues. Only suggestion is to be more proactive with the customer while a vehicle issue while on travel away from home. Repair was completed with no issues. Only suggestion is to be more proactive with the customer while diagnosing the problem. I had to call several times for an update, because it affected how long I would need a rental car. However, when the dealer forgot to charge me a warranty deductible, they called three times before noon. More
