I’ve had several bad experiences w/Greg May Honda over the years & as a result I just do not trust any of the staff to look out for my best interest. I went in for three things: A required service job. A new key. A complimentary detail and wash. I was told that it would take about 4 hours to do all three. After another 2 hours it was still not done. I left my vehicle at your service department for 6 HOURS and still it was not finished, nor did anyone call me to explain what was going on. Not one single call. All the while I was sitting in Waco, Texas, waiting for this to be completed. Call me and I'll explain how shoddy your service department treated me. I left with a dirty truck and was told to come back some other time to get it washed. Not detailed....washed. It was vacuumed, not detailed and not washed. The service person was not the least bit interested in making it right. If you think I'm mad, you should talk to my wife. She's in the market for a new vehicle, but at the rate your service department is going, she will not deal with you. Maybe you should contact me or my wife to set this straight. I dealt with Christina. And some other dude who's name I don't know. More

Made an appointment for an oil change and specifically told the service person I would be waiting and was she sure that this was a good time for me since I would be waiting. Arrived for the appointment on time and told the service person again, I would be waiting. Approximately 1 hour after my appointment my vehicle was moved from the spot I parked it in to be serviced. I am not sure why an appointment was needed because I do not feel that it makes a difference if I have an appointment or not. This is not the first time that this has happened for what I consider a simple service (oil change). Obviously the procedures have been changed and your vehicle is serviced whenever they get to it no matter if you have an appointment or walk in without an appointment. I have bought many vehicles at Greg May Honda in the past years and I am very disappointed in the service department the last few times I have visited. Those will appointments should be serviced quicker. More
