Service center head guy went over and beyond to try and help me. He was on his way out when he stopped and turned around to put me in to the computer he even took parts of of other vehicles that where tota help me. So thankful for Greg May Honda employees Lawrence Matthys and Allan Hale for coming to my rescue! My son and I were travelling on the weekend before Thanksgiving. About 100 miles from home, we had engine trouble on our Honda van. I was very stressed when I pulled into the dealership. Lawrence was quick to greet me, listen to my issue, calm me down, and personally walk me to the service department. Despite having a full slate of appointments, Allan acted quickly to work us in and get the problem fixed. He was patient and thorough in explaining the problem. Several hours later we were back on the road. I truly appreciate the awesome service I was given by both individuals. Great experience! Thanks again! More
