Lawrence Matthys

I had a Hyundai Santa Fe that I loved however I was not treated well at all. I stopped by Honda just to look. I was treated with kindness and respect by both Lawrence and John. Even though the CRV is small treated well at all. I stopped by Honda just to look. I was treated with kindness and respect by both Lawrence and John. Even though the CRV is smaller than I like at least I was treated well and that means a lot to me. Hondas are also better cars I think. This is the second car I’ve gotten from Lawrence. Great guy! I purchased my 2026 Honda CR-V EX-L here recently. While the initial purchase went smoothly, my overall experience sits at three stars due to frustrating communication and post-sale issues. When my a While the initial purchase went smoothly, my overall experience sits at three stars due to frustrating communication and post-sale issues. When my air conditioning started acting up, Trent recognized the compressor was failing, but he failed to clearly communicate that nothing could be done until the part completely went out. Instead of being upfront, I was left waiting and given the runaround before the compressor ultimately had to be replaced under warranty. On top of that, I ran into billing issues that required far too much persistent follow-up on my end to get resolved. The one bright spot was Tiffany, who is very sweet and genuinely tries her best to be transparent with customers. However, communication across the rest of the service and billing departments needs serious work. Overall, it’s been a strictly middle-of-the-road experience. More
