Purchase of used vehicle Sent email to dealership on Friday 8/17 asking if certain car I saw on cars.com was available. Receceived email back asking for more info from me. Se Sent email to dealership on Friday 8/17 asking if certain car I saw on cars.com was available. Receceived email back asking for more info from me. Sent email back asking again if car was available and I would like to see it on 8/18. Finally found out car was out as a loaner and would be available later on that day. Arrived at dealership Saturday afternoon, made deal but 2 items needed replaced, received loaner. Called Tuesday am inquiring when car would be available for pickup. Salesman Williams out of town so I contacted service Mgr Eastwood. Main repair item in and could be installed by closing. Elected to pick up Wednesday 8/22. Both repairs done. Wife examined inside of car and “not “ happy with cleaning. Colton took car back detail area and had some cleaning down. Wife still not happy but accepted and will clean ourselves. Asked about 2nd remote, none available but would provide one and call when available( not holding my breath on that) More

Sales Team Great! Finance Mgr Robert, Not So Much Sales was pretty much flawless and Gaylon and Colton worked very hard to get the deal done. Finance Mgr Robert not so, Seemed I was bothering him and Sales was pretty much flawless and Gaylon and Colton worked very hard to get the deal done. Finance Mgr Robert not so, Seemed I was bothering him and he was in a rush to get out of there. He flew through the documents without any or little explanation. It took exactly 29 days to get my paperwork to register my truck. I called and left multiple messages that wern't return from him. When I went to get an extension on my temp tags because I was on my way out of town, he was once again unfriendly and seemed to be bothered by me, even though they took too long for the delivery of my paperwork he says, " You will have to pay 10% penalty on this". I ask why they wouldn't pay it and he says not my problem, ask the GM. I finally just walked out. Gaylon saw me in the lobby and came out and actually took the time to talk to me and put the new tag on. He is a true seasoned Car Guy! More

He made me feel very comfortable and answered any and all questions, concerns, etc. throughout the entire process. I was treated as a friend and not just another sale. They filled up the gas tank, detailed, and delivered my pre-owned SUV and made the entire process a pleasurable experience. This dealership is the most professional I have dealt with. They went above and beyond to help get into the right car. These two men, as well as the finance manger,Robert Hortman, really stepped up and turned the entire experience around. They went above and beyond, all three of them to make sure I was in the right car for me and gave me a deal I really appreciated.
