I had a problem with the shocks on my 2013 XTS. We caught the problem before it did extensive damage to the rear end. I appreciate the truth that we didn’t have to do very expensive repairs.

Absolutely loved the way I was taken care of... my care had several issues. Oil light, tire pressure to low. And a c blowing hot air. All taken care off. Screw removed from my tire. Washed and inside vacuumed no fee!! Nothing but they were glad I was happy!! Courteous thorough and just good people. I buy my cars in Dallas because of selection but I always will have service here and I will check my options when time to buy in 1 year.. thanks again to a great service department that takes pride in customer satisfaction. They replace the CUE module in my SRX. Since it was to take 2 hours, they drove me to the mall. it's nearby. They called when finished & came to pick me up at the mall entrance I requested. The job only took an hour & a half. They washed & vacuumed the car saving me a trip to the car wash. They were friendly & pleasantly answered my questions.

"Watch your recall notices"

Took car in for check engine light. They said had to do with emissions. Fixed it. Told me it would cost $200.00. Wound up taking car in so I didn't pay. Got home to find a recall notice for this emission and it would be fixed for free. They should have known about this recall and never charged me.

Miss Cassius and Mr. Dwayne went above and beyond to take excellent care of me. From setting up a loaner keeping me updated with what they were doing at the time. That was my first car accident ever and the only good part about the whole ordeal was the body shop took such good care of me . I received my car and it was beautiful like it was brand new.
