My family and I were from Kentucky and on vacation and had just left our place in Glenwood when my Sienna van warning light began blinking. We went to Greg Orr Toyota and after testing found out that the had just left our place in Glenwood when my Sienna van warning light began blinking. We went to Greg Orr Toyota and after testing found out that the alternator was bad. Luckily I had purchased an extended warranty. David was very helpful in processing the warranty. I also needed a belt which was going to cost an additional $230. After all said and done David gave me a discount so I only paid $168 for warranty deductible and belt. I’m grateful for all the help David gave me. More
I have worked for dealerships in the past, and I have no idea how the sales manager gets away with the bad attitude and lip that he does. Bought a car from this dealer for my daughter graduation and had a s idea how the sales manager gets away with the bad attitude and lip that he does. Bought a car from this dealer for my daughter graduation and had a simple problem to be resolved. Figured I would stop in and say hi to the sales side, and that was a big mistake. These people do NOT want you around after a sale. Rude, do not care to talk to you.., just a simple made a sale and get to hitting the road ! In no way family friendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More
Bought a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Triston Steed 4 days ago. So far, so good! I have not bought a car from a dealership in about 20 years and didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised days ago. So far, so good! I have not bought a car from a dealership in about 20 years and didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The salesman, Triston Steed did a great job and the whole process could not have been easier. They had the service department manager see us and explain some things - I thought that was a nice touch. Overall we are satisfied the service we received. More
David King does an excellent job as Asst. Service Manager in Hot Springs. I trust his judgment as he takes care of his customers. I purchased a 2022 Camry from this place and it was the worst mistake! They don’t honor the online price, they will tell you one price to get you in the door, then charge you the full price without telling worst mistake! They don’t honor the online price, they will tell you one price to get you in the door, then charge you the full price without telling you! The finance rep quoted my payment including gap but pretty much said I was lying when I questioned him about the numbers on his end. I asked the salesman several times how much I was getting for my trade, but he would never tell me. I got lowballed on that too! Yes maybe I should’ve looked at my paperwork closer, but if the salesman (Aryn) would’ve been more upfront and detailed and a little honest with me, I shouldn’t have to. Thanks a lot Aryn, at least you can sleep better tonight knowing you screwed over a single dad. You must be so proud!!! More
My wife took our 2015 Rav4 in for an oil change and when the Assistant service Mgr David King came to bring her the keys he also had a list of things that need to be done to the car one being that the left the Assistant service Mgr David King came to bring her the keys he also had a list of things that need to be done to the car one being that the left side shock was bad and needed to be replaced. When she got home she was a little bit confused since we bought it from another dealer who checked it out before we picked it up it had to be Toyota certified. No problem that is what we paid for. When he (David King) brought her the keys from the oil change he also had a list of things like the PCV valve needed to be replaced, the break fluid needed to be changed which I have not heard of before, this is a scam along with the other things listed. My wife called David King on Monday to make an appointment for the shock and we took it in on Wednesday enough time to order the part 1) Shock and when we got back home he had called to say it would have to be left over night for the part to be installed. We had already taken 2 hours out of our schedule for this and when we arrived back at the dealership and to pick up our car he told us that he could not order the part without the car being left. This is the most inconvenient service department I have ever had to deal with in my 58 years. He finally told us to take our business elsewhere which we did as he seems very pom-pas and arrogant. We should have read the complaints before we went their and went back to where we bought the car as that was Lander's it would have saved us a lot of time and aggravation!! Word to the wise read the write ups before you go to Orr! More
When I arrived at Orr, I was so unsure of what I wanted, but I was blessed with the best salesman!!! Dexton was determined to find what suited me best. He did!!! He could not have been nicer - down to ea but I was blessed with the best salesman!!! Dexton was determined to find what suited me best. He did!!! He could not have been nicer - down to earth and honest and knowledgeable! Sam (manager) and Chad were both a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I are so pleased with our new Highlander!! More
Earlier this month, I took my Toyota 2019 for its usual service. The service representative informed me that my car needed a wheel alignment. I informed him that I had brand new tires installed a few day service. The service representative informed me that my car needed a wheel alignment. I informed him that I had brand new tires installed a few days prior. He said the tires were definitely out of alignment, so I agreed to have it done. When was paying my bill, I noticed that they had also charged me for a tire rotation and the bill showed that I had requested a tire rotation. I protested that I had not requested a tire rotation and that a tire rotation was not necessary because I had brand new tires installed earlier in the week. He was snippy and told me that perhaps they would undo the tire rotation. Then after I kept protesting the lie written on the bill, he immediately tore up the bill and refunded me the amount for the tire rotation. The lady processing the bill was also snippy and threatened to undo the tire rotation. I have never had a dealership print an outright lie on a bill and I was shocked at the dishonesty of Gregg Orr's service representative. More
