Outstanding Customer Service Blake Snow assisted me in purchasing my first Chevy from Gregg Young. From a customer service standpoint alone, I may never go to another dealer. That Blake Snow assisted me in purchasing my first Chevy from Gregg Young. From a customer service standpoint alone, I may never go to another dealer. That's without even considering the quality of car I got out of the deal. Blake is there every week willing to run my car through the wash and willing to assist me in any way. Nothing but a positive experience here! More
Couldn't have been more satisfied! I went in to Gregg young without the first clue on where to start. I had never bought a car from a dealership before so it was all new territory to me. I went in without having any idea what to expect and was beyond nervous and anxious. After talking with Blake, he explained to me the process and what to expect as we began to look at a few cars. Not only was he absolutely wonderful but he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. We discussed different payment plans on two vehicles I had an interest in, and discussed what options we had. The financing area is absolutely incredible as well. There was a slim chance I would get approved on my own being only 21 with one line of credit, but somehow they made it work and I was approved! I greatly appreciate all of the hard work from everyone there that helped make this dream a reality for me. I had never had a car from the past decade or under 100K miles and now I have a 2015 Chevy Malibu and i couldn't be happier. I could not have gone through this process without Blake being there every step of the way, along with everyone else at Gregg Young. I would highly recommend Gregg Young Chevorlet to anyone who's not only looking for the best deal in town, but also the best staff and customer service there is! More

I ran out of time on day one, and they did not play any games before letting me leave. They simply let me come back the next day to finish buying my Cruze. That is not what I expected at all. The finance guy was very detailed and informative. I feel like I actually got straight answers to my questions. I'll be back in a few years to upgrade again! More

I arrived to a closed dealership wroth Davey only telling me there's nothing he can do. They whole reason I came was because he told me to. On top of this they then proceed to ignore my calls. Even after they had all my information .I'll never visit this terrible place again. And I will be repent to the Mo attorney general snot these business practices. You cannot simply do what you please after taking someone's information. More
All they do is lie! They just want to make the sell. They will tell you whatever you want to hear so that you will buy the car. I told them I could not afford to make the $1,600 dollars on plates. The fi They will tell you whatever you want to hear so that you will buy the car. I told them I could not afford to make the $1,600 dollars on plates. The finance office said that they would include it on the loan. I said it more than one time during the process and they reassured me that it would be included. This is my 1st time buying a new car so I didn’t know the process. I also had just moved so I thought my plates were getting mixed up in the mail or something. I called and asked about it and the guy said he would check into it since the people that sold me the car are no longer working for the company. I never heard back. They have horrible customer service and lie to get you to buy. The person helping us look at cars left us multiple times to go try and make a sell to other people as we sat and waited for him to get back. They called and harassed us when we said we were not sure if we were going to go with them. DO NOT GO TO THEM TO BUY A CAR! They do not care about you, they just want to make the sell. Then they will drop off the face of the earth and not help you get your issues resolved. They also want you to lie on the survey and will “help” you fill it out so that you don’t complain on them. I think the guy said the manufacture will give them a discount of some sort if they get good reviews on the survey. I would not recommend Gregg Young to anyone ever. More
Don't get everything for your money! I am truly disappointed with the service from Gregg Young. We were given only one ignition key with computer chip, no driver’s manual, and absolutely no instructions on how to operate the interior functions on the vehicle. I took the vehicle back to Gregg Young and was informed the remote they provided was not properly and they agreed to replace this remote. On my trade-in, I provided two remotes with each having a car key attached and a third key without a remote. I inquired about receiving a spare remote and a spare ignition key; however, if I wanted either item, I was required to purchase them myself. (I believe these instructions came from Alex.) They said they had no manuals to give me and I would have to purchase one on the internet and they range from $45-$55 upward. I paid cash for my car where I was then told they would have preferred I finance through the dealership (per Travis). I am partially to blame because I wanted to buy a Buick and should have gone to a Buick dealer rather than a Chevrolet dealer. I am reluctant in recommending Gregg Young Chevrolet for fear they will experience the same frustrations as I have. More
Made mistakes and very unprofessionally disorganized. I went to this dealership knowing specifically what I wanted as far as getting a great used car and I was not surprised to find out that they did not I went to this dealership knowing specifically what I wanted as far as getting a great used car and I was not surprised to find out that they did not have it on their lot. I had a great experience with my sales person, Alisha. She was helpful and prompt with helping me locate a vehicle that I loved and was great in the sales process. Communication with her and the dealership was professional, friendly and prompt and was far above satisfactory. However, after I agreed on the sale and was handed over to finance, my experience quickly went sour. First, the information on the sales paperwork that I signed was incorrect. The color and mileage was incorrect which put me at risk with my insurance company. Should I have gotten into an accident and needed to make a claim, I would likely have not gotten compensation due to the discrepancy. This inconsistency was caught on one item during the process and fixed. However, the inaccuracy was on all of the other paperwork and was not scrutinized until much later after I had left the dealership. I tried to get it corrected and the finance representative never got back with me on it. I later tried to get the vehicle licensed and was halted until the discrepancies were corrected. I finally got it corrected the today, the day before my temp tags ran out. Now I will have to take more time from work to get my license plates. Another problem from the same office was that the incorrect VIN was put on my loan voucher and was not caught until almost two weeks after the sale when it was returned to them. I had to use my own time to work with my bank for a replacement voucher just to get that resolved which delayed my licensing more than I wanted. Also, during the sale process, I wanted a spare tire added to the car as part of the deal instead of the inflator system the car came with. Since it was not a factory option, I was told I needed to pay $600 more to get a new tire and rim (Camaro SS tires are more). The verbal agreement was that if they found me a used or pre owned tire, I would be refunded the difference in prices between new and used. Three weeks after me getting the used spare tire into my trunk by the dealership, I have yet to see resolution or answers on this price which is what I had based part of my decision to buy it in the first place. At this point, despite the great sales staff and friendly positive experience up front, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My problems seem to lie in the finance department. Although most of the staff is friendly, courteous, competent and professional, the few who are ruining it for me are a weak link to the organization and are a very poor representation on the entire dealership. They are starting at this point to fix my issues without offering any compensation to my headaches and inconvenience. So much for going the extra mile. At this point, the dealership has lost a lot of credibility with me. If I could reverse the sale and they take back their car and I get back my money, I would jump on that opportunity. Update 1 May 15: So the DMV does not have a title on file because the dealership waited until the morning that my temp tags expire to send it in the mail. On top of that, the title is incorrect and they are trying to recall it from the post office to get it fixed. The title clerk, Ryan promised that they would have loaner car out to my house around 5pm after I get home from work. At 540, still no loaner. Call up to see what is going on. That is when they decided to dispatch a car to me. So 31 days after I buy the car, they have their money. I am out several thousand dollars, no car, no title, no refund from the used part that I paid for new, and no peace. Update 11 May 15, I was told by the used car sales manager that for my trouble on the tire, they would send me a $100 gift card for a local restaurant. I was also told by the finance manager that he would top off my tank with gas the next time I was up there. This was over a week ago. Friday (8 May), I was finally told that they got the old messed up title and that the new one was ready. I met them at the DMV and I got it licensed. The general manager called me up shortly after and I let him know more about the situation than his own staff apparently had told him. He said he would get back with me on Saturday. He finally texted me this morning and offered me a gift card to the restaurant and a tank of gas, the same two things I have already been promised but have yet to see. So the extra mile is only about a $145 value. Also, I got my car back with just under a third of a tank, it had to travel several miles to the dealership and back and despite the car wash they have on site, it was not washed. Update 15 May 15, I talked with Gary, the general sales manager and supposedly the man in charge of the entire dealership. I told him about all of my issues. When asked, I said that really the only thing that would make me happy now is a full refund. His reply was that he could not do it. I asked who could. He said he was the top man at the dealership and no one was above him without going to Gregg Young himself. So basically he can do it but refuses to do it. I was told also that I would be refunded a check of $125 to cover the $82 I spent filling up the loaner car and extra to cover the tank of gas I was promised several weeks earlier. I was also told that I would finally get that $100 gift card. The gift card I could care less about but it was the principle. During our conversation, he discounted what I said and called it all buyer’s remorse. When I tried to tell him about the lies and insults that I had received, he cut me off from explaining with “I doubt at all that you were lied to or insulted”. The items finally came in the mail. The check was only for $82 and the gift card for $50. So yes, again, par for the course, I was lied to. But it was my integrity called into question when we spoke. I would tell my family, my friends, my coworkers, my college classmates, my social circles, my military unit, my fellow veterans, and my social networks to avoid this dealership totally. More
