Jonathan and his team were a huge help to me after my old car was totaled. I put in an application on-line and received a call within the hour and made an appointment. Johnny G called me and we had a great conversation on the phone, he asked what type of vehicle I was lookin within the hour and made an appointment. When I came for my appointment, he was ready for me and was very considerate as he had another customer that walked-in. Very concerned that my expectation were being met. He had the SUV picked out and knew what a great vehicle it would be for me. First of all I worked with 3 different sales people. Charles was able to get a loan for me but insisted that he couldn't tell me the interest on the loan. I did not find out until I was signing paperwork in the business office. The interest was 18% !!! I was unhappy with the whole situation. I was treated as a poor credit score 1st and a person 2nd. When I went in to pick up my truck, neither Charles or Johnny G. or the guy in the Business Office would look at me or speak to me!!! More

He explained the gap insurance very well to us and we appreciated his time and effort to get us out of there as soon as he could. The only drawback would be the amount of time it takes to purchase a vehicle. We were there around 4:45pm and did not get done until 8:30pm. That is way too long for any transaction so speeding up this process would put you miles ahead of the competition. I typically dread looking for a car because it takes too long to purchase once you know what you want. If you can find a way to make this happen in one hour or less after you find the car you want that would make this the ultimate experience and I would never dread it ever again. More

With my very limited credit history, it was hard getting a decent auto loan. Even after Jonathan said he would beat any deal in town, I still didn't believe there was much he can do for me. I set up an appointment anyway just to go see what he had for me, and I'm glad I did. Him and his team worked hard with me to get me an awesome deal that fits my budget on a car that I love. Compared to the interest rate that I've been getting everywhere else, I just couldn't believe I was getting such a low interest rate even with no cosigner. The whole personnel is very friendly and I'm very happy I went to this dealership. They really went the extra mile for me and I definitely recommend them to anybody shopping for a car, especially if you have a limited credit like me you need to go see JON!!! THANKS GUYS!!! More
