I asked Jon to find me a vehicle with in my specifications and he did exactly that. I am very picky and know my vehicles well. On Monday I called and talked to Jon and by Saturday i was driving home in my new Chevy Trailblazer! It was painless and hassle free. I live 2 and half hours away and was able to show up Saturday at 12p.m. and drove away at 4:45 p.m. The vehicle was everything I expected and the quality was definately top notch! I am very happy with my purchase and knowing that i have a dependable vehicle that is going to last and keep my family safe. You can bet I will to continue shopping at this dealership in the future whenever I am looking for a great vehicle that makes you feel great as a person for buying it and knowing you made a good deal! Jonathan and his team were a huge help to me after my old car was totaled. Johnny G called me and we had a great conversation on the phone, he asked what type of vehicle I was lookin within the hour and made an appointment. He had the SUV picked out and knew what a great vehicle it would be for me. Everything was done within the first day and since my SUV would not be available for a few days, had a car waiting for me to use during that time. I have never had such great service. First of all I worked with 3 different sales people. Charles was able to get a loan for me but insisted that he couldn't tell me the interest on the loan. I did not find out until I was signing paperwor Charles was able to get a loan for me but insisted that he couldn't tell me the interest on the loan. I did not find out until I was signing paperwork in the business office. The interest was 18% !!! I was unhappy with the whole situation. I was treated as a poor credit score 1st and a person 2nd. When I went in to pick up my truck, neither Charles or Johnny G. or the guy in the Business Office would look at me or speak to me!!! More
