Lathan was a pain in the butt to deal with and couldn’t close out a deal without his daddy (oops typo) I meant to say sales manager Dennis.. Dealt with Lathan a majority of the time but he was more of a me close out a deal without his daddy (oops typo) I meant to say sales manager Dennis.. Dealt with Lathan a majority of the time but he was more of a message delivery boy between Dennis and I; he’d make an excellent mail delivery boy but definitely not a sales person. Lathan lied and said on the phone that they’d fix the water pump then suddenly forgot he said that a day after. Average dealership, likely wouldn’t return. These guys fake alot of their 5 star google reviews as well. More

The service cashier was super nice! I especially love that the advisor - Tyler, called to let me know during my oil change they found my engine air filter was dirty and gave pricing if I especially love that the advisor - Tyler, called to let me know during my oil change they found my engine air filter was dirty and gave pricing if I wanted that changed as well. Also! The fact that they offer to give you pictures of everything the tech looked at is super reassuring and pretty cool in my book. Everyone was awesome. More

I had a wonderful experience with them. This was my first time and my impression was the great customer service and that I was greeted with a smile and hello.
