All was good but 2 hours to complete the sale is too long. We spent a good 30-45 minutes total of the time sitting in an office by ourselves waiting. Again doesn’t change my rating but it’s an area to improve in so far as customer experience. Sales and Purchasing process has always been great so we will be back just need to speed up the paperwork closing part More

Would not listen. They had their mind made up what was wrong and we didn't want to listen to me. The problem they said was, didn't have anything to do with my problem.
