had THE BEST experience with Gregg Young Chevrolet and the reason for that is Caleb Williams!!!! After working with the Acct Mgr Blake who has been so patient and listened to what I was looking for - when the reason for that is Caleb Williams!!!! After working with the Acct Mgr Blake who has been so patient and listened to what I was looking for - when he found it - I made the appt to come in and that’s where I was introduced to Caleb who instantly impressed me because you can tell he’s really listening and made me feel so confident about the decision that was made for my Mitsubishi Outlander. He 100% made sure when I walked out of there I was happy, confident and smiling! I have already referred 3 people in the past 24 hours to him and anyone reading this make sure when you are thinking of making your next vehicle purchase and you want someone that really looks you in the eye, listens to what your saying, offers honest feedback or suggestions and most of all follows through with what he says … then you will want to ask for Caleb Williams! My son had been looking around for a Chevrolet Silverado at a good price with low miles. My recent experience with the service department was excellent.The computer indicated there was an issue with the transmission. They did an evaluation and determined there was nothing wrong.
