Booked oil change online for 8:30am on a Saturday thinking first available appointment should get seen to fairly quickly, NOPE big mistake,10:15 I fin Booked oil change online for 8:30am on a Saturday thinking first available appointment should get seen to fairly quickly, NOPE big mistake,10:15 I finally ask when is my truck getting done, was told there was a 3hr wait, really 1st available appointment comes with 3hr wait even though at least 4 customers came in and left before me? On the paperwork says comes with the standard inspection paperwork that all garages give NOPE nothing. Almost 2hrs for an oil change and then on the paperwork says “reprinted @ 10:15” interesting that’s what time I complained. More
