Disappointed Im6giving you a zero rating as the fix was simply the need for new battery in the key! I was charged the 99.00 fee for this simple fix. I'm disappointed that the service representative suggested a $200.00 repair of something else,! Shame on you! I am extremely upset that I was charged the fee and your fix didn't work! As the same issue popped up the next day! Would I use your service department again-NO! Will I recommend your service department NO nor will I recommend the dealership in the future! Feeling taken advantage of! More
