I scheduled an oil change. When I dropped off my vehicle, it had 61,287 miles on it. Sometime during the oil change, 5,000 extra miles were added to my vehicle. I was horrified when I picked up my SUV and it had 66,287 miles on it. The staff said they did not change it, but the car could have changed it by itself. I talked to other Ford dealerships and they have never heard of such a thing! Not satisfied. The value of my SUV went way down after visiting this dealership. More
