Need to bring down cost and was given an appointment then it was changed. Also the cost of a oil change has really gone up , also when you say a price that should be how much it is I was told 69.99 for oil c it was changed. Salesman was great, test drive and explained the truck and everything was good. worked out a good deal and they were fair on my trade in. BUT the finance guy was hammering on me to buy a warranty I kept t and everything was good. worked out a good deal and they were fair on my trade in. BUT the finance guy was hammering on me to buy a warranty I kept telling him no, then he brings his buddy in and they both come at me. So, I get a 36-month warranty that I latter find out that it runs concurrent with the factory warranty. I was told that that was not the case. Two-days later I ask for a refund, and I am told they sent the fund to the warranty company. So I call them and they have not received the funds, and the dealer should give you the money back. What a bunch of xx. More
