The dealership treated me very well when we were looking for our new bronco and through the ordering process everything went great. However, the salesman we bought it from no longer work there when it came for our new bronco and through the ordering process everything went great. However, the salesman we bought it from no longer work there when it came in and the gentleman we had never went over the vehicle, showing us any of the features at all. They also forgot to install the trailer hitch on the vehicle so it delayed our delivery that I was promised the vehicle on Monday and the service manager called me and said it wouldn’t be until Wednesday. Thankfully the salesman and manager got corrected. More

Service guy, Chris, DOES NOT listen when an issue is explained, has nothing but excuses, Poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time. Service guy, Chris, DOES NOT listen when an issue is explained, has nothing but excuses, assumes ZERO responsibility for failure to complete service appointment goals, lacks effective communication skills. Appears the service department's goals are to give their customers the run around and see how many times they can come back to try and fix the same problem. Needless to say, seeking a new Ford dealership to FINALLY get my issues resolved. Would NEVER recommend All World 0/10. More
