The people were patient and responsive. I felt I was in good hands. Typically, I hate going to the dealership for service, I'm usually their hours and hours people don't respond pleasantly, I felt I was in good hands. Mr. Richter made the experience personal and friendly nit about selling a car which made it that more comfortable & relaxing. His vibe and professionalism to me & my wife is what stood out and sold me on the Ascent Touring 2022. Thank you Jake for your courteous and caring personality My Grandkids & I love the car which the boys named "Knuckles" from Sonic now all (6) can get in one car instead of driving two cars for outings the Ascent dies it all.
