Here In 2006 I purchased my first Subaru. Jeff Kats was the salesperson who assisted me with my purchase and I remembered how kind and patient he was. Here we are in 2020 and I decided to get an upgrade. I headed back to Jeff for help. I was touched by the fact that he remembered me so many years later. This time around I received great customer service from his colleagues as well, Jay Sarasky and Michael Polans. Jay assisted with the paperwork and Michael was very thorough with his explanation of features on the car. I felt comfortable and safe before driving my car off the lot. I highly recommend this dealership! More

The worst, by far! I made an appointment for my 2018 Forester to fix the air-conditioning that stopped working and an oil oil change. In addition, the head unit on these cars does not allow the user's cell phones to be connected and a service bulletin for replacement was issued by the manufacturer. I was advised the the mechanic who takes care of the a/c was not there and I would have to leave the car or make another appointment. I asked if the head unit (the 7" Starlink) could be replaced as per the Service Bulletin issued by the company, and the service manager stated that it is up to the mechanic to determine the course of action and I should leave the car. Of course, Gregoris offers no loaner cars or car service to public transportation. You are on your own. KEEP AWAY!!! More
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE This dealership is the worst. This past weekend at the opening hours of the store, I had to walk out of this subaru car dealership. Small dealership This dealership is the worst. This past weekend at the opening hours of the store, I had to walk out of this subaru car dealership. Small dealership and I was looking at their new suv. The car is next to the desk of all associates. NOT ONE person greeted me or said good morning....I sat in the jeep and walked around it for about 15 minutes , and all sales associates just passed me by, as I seemed to be invisible to them. Then I asked the gentleman who’s desk was the closest to the vehicle, if it was customary for not one associate to approach a customer. He said oh let me help you, I told him don’t bother I will go to another dealership. To think, I was about to purchase the car just today. So I drove over to Subaru on Northern Blvd, and the customer service there was like night and day. I plan to purchase my new vehicle at Subaru of Koeppel . More

My husband and I walked into this “establishment” looking to trade in a vehicle. We stood there in the entryway for a solid 10 minutes without a look, a glance, or a greeting. Even a simple, “someone will be right with you” would have sufficed. I guess they don’t need/want any new business. More

Our salesman Eric Colon was extremely kind and professional and the entire process was a breeze. There were no gimmicks or games or extra fees and the price was the price. I even went to their parts department for an accessory and was treated with the utmost respect and helpfulness. All around a great experience from sales to finance to parts. More

I suspected a loose gas cap, but the check engine light did not go off even after securing the gas cap and 100 miles of driving. As I still had about 800 miles to drive on my vacation, I thought I’d get it checked out and Gregoris Subaru/Nissan in Valley Stream was closest to me at the moment so I drove there. I arrived at 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. As I tried to explain my situation, the 3 service advisors cut me off and told me flatly that their mechanics were about to go home (the service department was supposed to be open until 6pm!) and that they would not be able to check my car until 2 days later. The 3 service advisors did not budge from their seats and made no efforts whatsoever to discuss or reassure me regarding my situation. I ended up driving a few miles up the road to AutoZone, where in 5 minutes and at no charge, they plugged into my car’s diagnostics and found that it was likely a loose gas cap and not some other major problem. With this reassurance, I continued on my vacation and the check engine light eventually went off. So – Gregoris Subaru/Nissan couldn’t take 5 lousy minutes to help out a Subaru owner in some distress while on vacation while Autozone could??!! I found their 3 service advisors to be unfriendly, dismissive, unprofessional, uncaring and rude. My 2 minutes in their office was probably the WORST customer service experience that I can recall in my life (I am in my mid-50s). It makes me wonder what kinds of standards Subaru expects from their dealers and will make me much less likely to purchase another Subaru in the future. Anyone considering this Gregoris Subaru/Nissan should think twice. It seems that I’m not the only one who has had a horrible experience with Gregoris Subaru/Nissan. I suggest that you AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! More
