For example you go in for a oil change and are told we recommend a transmission service but the owners manual says it does not need to be done for x amount of miles buy they recommend it anyway. Or a fuel system cleaning etc. I understand this is how dealers make their money but i do not feel it's fair to the consumer. More

I asked to see a Tucson and Santa Fe Sport which he gladly got the keys so I could see and sit inside the vehicles. After I decided I preferred the size of the Tucson he asked if I would like a test drive which I accepted. The signing of the papers for the purchase/finance was very good as well with no high pressure to purchase any other services. Overall, as car buying could be somewhat stressful, this was a very pleasant experience. More
