I actually did most of my communication via e-mail, explaining what kind of car I wanted and the payments I wanted in a lease. After just a few e-mails we had worked out the details. I went to the dealer for a test drive, agreed on the car and went back to my office. When I went to the dealership the next day all lthe paperwork was done and just waiting for my signature, ready for me to drive the car off the lot. Best car buying (leasing) experience I've had in a long time. More
