Excellent Services and Excellent Staff - Highly Reccomend Yesterday I had a 7 am service appointment for my 2010 Tucson. I was met very promptly (I think) by Jeff, who proceeded to write my service ticket. Yesterday I had a 7 am service appointment for my 2010 Tucson. I was met very promptly (I think) by Jeff, who proceeded to write my service ticket. Because the car would be there all day for the repairs, I was given a loaner (for FREE) What a SURPRISE!! I thought for sure I would need to rent it! Jeff then proceeded to review all the functions of the loaner and asked if I wanted my iPhone paired! Of course I said yes, and it took only seconds to do. I was out of there and on my way to the office in no time at all. Sherry then called me and told me what they found during their inspection and how much it would cost. I said go ahead with the repairs except for the brakes, which I can do myself. Through out the entire process, I felt they were very honest and direct with me and treated me as one of the family. I will definitely go back if and when I need further service. By the way, I initially purchased the car from them years ago. More
