I felt the warmth of the people involved in my purchase! I was greeted promptly and friendly as soon as I got to the parking lot. I was offered a sit and a drink. I received no attitude from any of the managers and salesman. They were friendly and informative. I returned a few days later to purchase a car. Old dealership ways die hard. I first visited the dealership and worked with Gregory Roland. All was fine until I asked for a final price. He laughed in my face and said he would not because we weren't really going to buy at this time. His statement to my wife was "why should I give you a quote when you aren't going to buy today". I stood there dumbfounded with a pre-approved loan from my credit union not to exceed $48,000.00 and a credit rating of 809. I work very hard to attain this status and to be laughed at was very insulting. This dealership is about a mile from my residence and had some good reviews, so I went back a couple of days later and purchased the vehicle I was interested in, but from another sales consultant.
