When I had my 60K miles service performed, the department forgot to refill the power steering oil reservoir. I asked them to fill it and they refused. But, assured me they would next time. So where do I begin...we were looking for a new lease for my 19 year old son. We submitted an online inquiry and within minutes Erika contacted us. With the help of Joey, they were able to give us an amazing deal. Joey Gesualdo was so kind that he waited for us to get to the dealership 15 minutes before his closing time. No headache, no back and forth, no surprises, no unexpected quotes...just clean, straight and forward. After showing up to the dealership we had the pleasure of meeting Eric Devoe...he was the icing on the cake. He made the drive and each minute worth it. I have never ever had such a smooth and pleasant experience with any dealership. Thank you Eric!!! My 19 year old son was very excited. The service department was excellent. Handled receiving with minimal trouble. You drive indoors, where they help with your checkin. I received a loaner vehicle which was clean and new.
