I always wanted a infiniti for almost ten years, I inquired online and i told the internet sales department to put me with their top salesperson.. I was assigned to Tyler. On January 21, 2021 I purchased an Infiniti Q50 through Gregory INFINITI. The whole team was extremely helpful and kind guiding me through the entire process, specifically Joey and Jason. I never at any point felt pressured or uncomfortable unlike some dealerships I had previously gone to where I had a horrible experience. Jason knew exactly what I wanted and made everything go as smooth as possible. From the test drive to the paperwork I have no complaints. Gregory INFINITI offered me the fairest price on my Infiniti Q40 where 2 other dealerships I previously went to wouldn’t budge on their offer and I felt I was being ripped off. Dan made the finances work for me and gave me the highest offer on my Q40 that I traded in for the Q50. Unfortunately, I ran into some known issues that occur with Q50’s but Jason sent someone the same day to pick up the car and have it all ready by the time I got out of work. It was a used car and Q50’s can sometimes have some belt issues but the way everything was handled, was very professional and quick. Overall, it was a great experience. More
