Went there for a pre-owned certified FX35 AWD.FIrst:the car wasn't certified how they advertise it ,they said it was ready for certification which i had to pay for.Second:they offer it as a clean car,no ac car wasn't certified how they advertise it ,they said it was ready for certification which i had to pay for.Second:they offer it as a clean car,no accidents but actually both front and rear bumper are repainted and that"s obviuos.Third:when i noticed the body damaged and spoke to Thomas Hanson first he said that they didnt know about the damage ,but after he changed his mind and told us that they noticed the damaged and right now are in the middle of fixing the car ,it just needs clear coating.He offered me to buy the car and then come another day to get the clear coating done.If this is not ridiculous,then I'm Neil Armstrong. The only good thing was the salesman-his name is Dennis Collins.He was nice and honest(ex police officer). The car you should avoid: 2010 Infinity FX35 AWD ,ext:Black int:White Vin#JN8AS1MW5AM853107 .Follow up: Thomas Hanson no longer works over there,so I really appreciate the quick and honest reaction from the management!!! Went back 2 weeks later and bought a second car... If that's not enough, the sales team made both purchases very smooth and simple. Simple numbers, no screwing around, and a fair offer on trade in. From the moment we walked into the dealership Matthew and Justin were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. Matt was a friendly consultant with a great smile and readily put me at ease. During the test drive he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the car, dealership and warranty options. He gave me different options to consider so that I could have the best car for my lifestyle. After my visit, the members at Infinity were extremely responsive and engaged though never "pushy". This dealership is great because they wanted to provide me with the right car, not just any car. The free arcade and ice-cream really helped entertain the kids while I was there.
