Dimitar, My name is Justin Palermo the General Sales Manager. I am sorry that you feel that the vehicle has been in an accident. The carfax and autocheck are both free of any accidents. There were some scuffs on the front and rear bumper that we had repainted by one of our vendors. I assure you that was all it was. Unfortunately they were done on a day where the humidity was extremely high and the paint did not cure well. The vendor was on their way back on Wednesday to correct the problem. They also loosened a trim piece to complete the work and forgot to put the clips back in the trim piece. As far as the vehicle goes the vehicle is 100% Certified and what they were telling you cost money is the CPO warranty wrap. It extends the CPO out farther and adds some levels of coverage. I would like to work this out with you so please feel free to give me or our owner a call to discuss. Mr Palermo, first,thank you for your response .Everything what you wrote sounds good except for the fact that none of your sale reps mentioned the body work on the car and also when I noticed it Thomas Hanson said that they didnt know about the damage ,and after he changed his mind and said that they knew about it and that it is going to be redone soon.For me this is a scam!!!!.I liked your salesman-Mr Collins,but the overall feel of the dealership is bad. Its not a big deal for me ,I bought an Infinity FX35 the same day from Hoffman Estates Infinity ,in great shape ,I just don't like the way Hanson treated me.In my review I made a mistake with the last name-Its Hanson,not Dvorak.So an advice-get rid of this guy Hanson,he will not bring any good,unless this is how you want somebody to represent your business!

Dimitry, I completely understand. When they called me to ask about the FX I told them about the pending repaint of the bumpers. I am the only one who deals with the used cars so they did not know about it. Myself and Dennis would greatly appreciate it if you could please edit your review to something better as this really hurts the online reputation for Dennis, the dealership and myself. The owner and I have a sit down with Tom scheduled to go over this review and how this situation unfolded. I understand you are upset and as I mentioned before I completely understand. I would actually like to thank you for submitting the review because I received a much different story. The salesmen at our store get a lot of business from the reviews on this site and it would really be awful for Dennis to get a horrible review for a misunderstanding. Let Greg and I deal with Tom but don't punish Dennis. I also appreciate you taking the time to respond to my message even though you have bought a car from somewhere else. Just look the front bumper and and the grill and you will see that this car was into an accident.its not only some scuffs .the problem is not the damage,is the fact that your guy tried to hide it .thats all I have to say.one realistic review is not going to hurt you so badly.and also if you need you can call ,I dont see a reason for me to call.Good day
