Bradley was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical car sales person, we were comfortable for the whole process. Buy or don’t, ask for Bradley you will not be disappointed.. we did buy and so far are really happy that we did. More

I would give this dealership ZERO stars if I could ! I purchased a vehicle on April 5th, 2021. I drove three hours to purchase this vehicle NOT because of price as Greg suggested, but because they had t purchased a vehicle on April 5th, 2021. I drove three hours to purchase this vehicle NOT because of price as Greg suggested, but because they had the car that I wanted. After I left the dealership a week later they realized I didn't sign the paper to have my plates transferred so they mailed it to me to sign and return. I signed and returned it the next day (overnight). Following up on this they stated that they were still waiting on a notary before they could send my paperwork to the third party to have my plates transferred. After two weeks I told them to send it back to me and I would have the paper notarized so my plates could be transferred in a timely manner. Once again they sent me the paperwork I got it notarized the next day and mailed it back ( overnight ). Today is July 12th and my plates still HAVE NOT been transferred. They told me they would send me the paperwork so I can take it to my BMV to have the plates transferred. Why would I pay them to do that and then them offer to have me go and do it myself. It was in my paperwork that I paid them 600 to do this on my behalf and yet they want to not want to give this money back to me as a reasonable resolution to this issue. It's been 3 months. I spoke with Greg who is very unprofessional and does not want to make anything thing right with me in this regards. I feel like I should not have to pay to have my plates transferred since they drop the ball on the paperwork and I had to do their job for them, I'm sure still to this day that my paperwork would still be sitting in their office. (something that should have happened while I was there). I will never purchase another car from there and I would never suggest this dealership to anyone I know. Greg told me he called and left a message and I never received the message and my phone says no missed calls or messages from him. He said he was looking at it on his phone that he called me and pretty much called me a liar. He keeps having excuses that he needs to find out what's going on when I've told him exactly what is going on. I am going to find the owner of this company and call them. I am very disappointed in my experience with this so called business. DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place as they are not friendly and are NOT willing to please a customer and make things right. I purchase a preowned 2017 Mercedes from Gregory Infinity March 2020. The car was sold with bad breaks. Three days after I called an spoke to a manager, I was told there was nothing they could do. Once I March 2020. The car was sold with bad breaks. Three days after I called an spoke to a manager, I was told there was nothing they could do. Once I pressed it, I was then passed to another manager that agreed to the repair and the brakes would need repair. April of 2021 I took my car back for service. The car was taken in for an engine issue. I was given some song and dance that "It was due to the cold weather and it should go away once the temperature got warmer.". On a side note the dealership told me that the brakes on the back of the car would need to be repaired because they were down to 2mm. When I questioned why they would need new brakes when they were replaced a year ago. I wrote a complaint directly after. I had to follow up on the complaint after one month. This is what was told, "It appears that after the sale you had concerns with the rotors on the vehicle which were replaced at that time. The pads a that time measured over 7mm and did not need to be replaced. Your recent service visit shows that the pads needed to be replaced after a year 14,000 miles of driving due of normal wear of driving. Unfortunately due to the time and miles of driving on the vehicle would not fee that we are responsible for the replacement of brake pads since your purchase." They told me when the car was sold the breaks were at 7mm; 5mm wear in one year which is 1/2 of the brake life. A total lie that I have used half of my brake life in a year with 14k miles and they charged $800.00. I had to follow up again and after telling them to write to me at the email address, the response was "we have tried to reach you at the number on your file and we are unable to reach you.". First I asked for email, not a call. Second of all my current number was on the repair and they contacted me to let me know my car was ready to pick up...yet another lie. Last thing...I'm on crutches. When I picked up my vehicle, absolutely nobody offered to help me get through the doors and nobody pulled my car to the front. I was given the car and crutched it to the parking lot looking for the location of my car. This dealership is not repeatable and they are packed full of lies. Have issues, good luck getting resolution. More
