I purchase a preowned 2017 Mercedes from Gregory Infinity March 2020. The car was sold with bad breaks. Three days after I called an spoke to a manager, I was told there was nothing they could do. Once I pressed it, I was then passed to another manager that agreed to the repair and the brakes would need repair. April of 2021 I took my car back for service. The car was taken in for an engine issue. I was given some song and dance that "It was due to the cold weather and it should go away once the temperature got warmer.". On a side note the dealership told me that the brakes on the back of the car would need to be repaired because they were down to 2mm. When I questioned why they would need new brakes when they were replaced a year ago. I wrote a complaint directly after. I had to follow up on the complaint after one month. This is what was told, "It appears that after the sale you had concerns with the rotors on the vehicle which were replaced at that time. The pads a that time measured over 7mm and did not need to be replaced. Your recent service visit shows that the pads needed to be replaced after a year 14,000 miles of driving due of normal wear of driving. Unfortunately due to the time and miles of driving on the vehicle would not fee that we are responsible for the replacement of brake pads since your purchase." They told me when the car was sold the breaks were at 7mm; 5mm wear in one year which is 1/2 of the brake life. A total lie that I have used half of my brake life in a year with 14k miles and they charged $800.00. I had to follow up again and after telling them to write to me at the email address, the response was "we have tried to reach you at the number on your file and we are unable to reach you.". First I asked for email, not a call. Second of all my current number was on the repair and they contacted me to let me know my car was ready to pick up...yet another lie. Last thing...I'm on crutches. When I picked up my vehicle, absolutely nobody offered to help me get through the doors and nobody pulled my car to the front. I was given the car and crutched it to the parking lot looking for the location of my car. This dealership is not repeatable and they are packed full of lies. Have issues, good luck getting resolution. More

Went in to look at options as my current lease was ending. Joey was very attentive from the beginning. He took the time to explain the upgrades to the new QX80, all while offering snacks and water. Joey was very knowledgeable and wasted no time with nonsense. Once we were ready to talk numbers, Alfredo took over and really gave us an incredible deal on everything we wanted and more. When I first got the lease here 3 years ago I thought their service would be tough to beat. These guys have outdone themselves. The loyalty to returning customers is extraordinary. The whole process was painless and I’d say pleasant. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a quality car to visit Joey at Gregory INFINITI. More

Eric Devoe made my car buying experience fun and hassle free. All paperwork was completed before my arrival and all I had to do was sign papers. I have been having my Infinity serviced at Gregory INFINITI since purchasing the car. I have found the service department to be extremely accommodating always taking the cat in at the appointed time a INFINITI since purchasing the car. Before we drove off the lot we knew we had an issue with something underneath the car and brought it right back because the car was shaking while I was driving. They said the air was low in one of the tires which was untrue. I bought the car to an Lexus dealer to get a second opinion and they said the rim was bent and another part was broken off and needed to be replaced along with clogged filters and a wheel alignment. At this point we’ve paid over 600.00 for some of the repairs and contact the sale rep to let him know about the other issues under the vehicle. We had to bring the vehicle back in for another 8 days. The sales rep was willing to replace the rim and he wanted to split the cost of 812.00 to replace the rim. I was very upset at this point because we didn’t even make our first car payment yet! They let my family and I get on the highway like this knowing this car was not safe! Since I refused to pay anymore money they said they repaired the issue instead of replacing it like they said they would in the first place! When I picked up the vehicle this last time it already had another issues and the tire pressure light was on which wasn’t on when I brought it to them..When I got the car back I took it to another mechanic again and they said they didn’t replace or repair the vehicle at all! I tried to contact the sales rep again and he didn’t even respond. They have you sign papers stating you’ll settle out of court now I know why! Not great people to do business with. Please be aware before you buy a vehicle from this place! More
When I had my 60K miles service performed, the department forgot to refill the power steering oil reservoir. I asked them to fill it and they refused. But, assured me they would next time. We submitted an online inquiry and within minutes Erika contacted us. With the help of Joey, they were able to give us an amazing deal. Joey Gesualdo was so kind that he waited for us to get to the dealership 15 minutes before his closing time. No headache, no back and forth, no surprises, no unexpected quotes...just clean, straight and forward. After showing up to the dealership we had the pleasure of meeting Eric Devoe...he was the icing on the cake. He made the drive and each minute worth it. I have never ever had such a smooth and pleasant experience with any dealership. Thank you Eric!!! My 19 year old son was very excited. Eric gave us his time and patience to explain everything in detail. The customer service was unbelievable from the text message to the physical attendance of all employees.
