The service team always does a great job. I do have a concern about the transmission shuttering issue. Apparently, it doesn't meet the specs set forth by Ford to have it repaired. I'll continue to monitor with my local dealer.

As I walked in, I got the feeling of acceptance as a person. The lady listen to the truck I wanted and sent the owner of Greiner Ford to help find my truck. He check on the price, one time quote, I bought the truck in one minute. We shook hands and did paperwork. I drove my new truck. the best of the best

Each individual employee I had contact with was very polite and knowledgeable. They updated me as to how much time it would be before my vehicle would be ready to go. I am happy to know I can depend on Greiner Ford to do their best to keep my vehicle operating as well as possible.
Once appointment was scheduled (which took over a week) I had a loaner car available (emmaculant) and the communication was excellent this service appointment (hand-over-foot better than my first service experience)!!i appreciate the willingness to listen, learn what the problem/concern was, and the prompt care I received for my first and only new car! Thank you Fee Smith & Brian Sharkey! The replacement part under warranty was completely finished in 2 days- had to order in.
