We have bought two vehicles from Greiner Ford in the last year and we were very pleased with the service that we received with our first purchase with Greiner and with Jason Dellenbach, that is what brought year and we were very pleased with the service that we received with our first purchase with Greiner and with Jason Dellenbach, that is what brought us back to buy a second vehicle, we would highly recommend Greiner Ford and Jason to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Lost my vehicle, got it stuck up on a lift for two days, employees laughed at me for returning to Greiner, up to 3 trips in to correct some repairs, underqualified employees working on my vehicle (service e employees laughed at me for returning to Greiner, up to 3 trips in to correct some repairs, underqualified employees working on my vehicle (service employees excact words), filled out a rediculous work sheet on, How Leasing A Vehicle Is Better Than Buying , to hear the salesman say you should buy one. Numerous employees saying "I don't see why you come back to us". My reply is " Things Can Only Get Better", but they never seem to! Tore off my bug deflector. Gave me a couple of "Free" wash and vacumes, bad wash jobs and NO Vacume at all. VERY BAD SEVICE, VERY BAD!!! More
