Overall, I was happy going to Gresham CDJR. We were pretty far off on price/trade in, but after some respectful negotiation, we were closer. Especially Mustafa and Dante - made the process seamless! This would have been a 5 star review, but the salesperson explicitly stated they would not hard-check our credit score as we paid cash (no financing). Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case and our credit was hard-checked, reducing credit score by 4 points and will show up for the next 2 years on our credit report.
