I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.

I’ve been buying trucks from Mccords since 2000 and I get a new one about every 4 to 5 years for my business and have had nothing but top notch service whether it’s an oil change or something bigger Richard in service has always gone above and beyond in his friendliness or hunting for a part I need I send all my family members here 1 st when they are looking for a car or truck and Vonya tge service manager is head and shoulders above any person in her position I have ever worked with she takes the time to come out and say hello make sure you had a great experience and makes u feel like your part of the family I won’t go anywhere else I’m on my 5 truck 3 jeeps for my wife and all 4 of my kids have bought rigs from them you always here about bad interactions which if u run a large company you can’t please everyone but in my opinion these folks are the cream of the crop and wanted to let them know how much I appreciate all there hard work for the Hass family

I am pretty disappointed with the sales team. I had an appointment set up to buy a new truck but I live 1.5 to 2 hours away and all I ask for was a some good base numbers to go off of before I come. I had a 2020 ram 2500 trade in and I was looking for a 3500. Communication was really poor over text and they acted like they didn't want my business. for a returning customer does not look good at all. If I was in sales I would work my butt of to make the sale and make the customer want to return for years to come. I was trying to buy a truck and it didn't happen you would think they would want me to. They just quit texting me with no more info.

I knew what I wanted when we arrived. I had done some research the e evening before plus, I have owned a few Jeeps over the years. Jack Wise was our salesman. Very knowledgeable about the Gladiator and it different trim levels. Pointed out a few things that were new to me as well as things that weren’t covered in my own research. Not pushy, great since of humor and baby sat my new bearded dragon. 🐉 Mike was great from finance as well. Overall a very pleasant buying experience. I give them a 10+++

Great service department would take my vehicle for that but I will never buy a vehicle from them again. The truck wouldn’t start after the first 274 miles. Service was great but couldn’t duplicate the problem so nothing was done. The next six times that I returned it still no answer. 33 days in the shop with no fix now Stellantis states tha it does not qualify for the Lemmon law probably will never go to a place with the service writer Stellantis again

I have been going here for almost 30 years and have had great service from sales to the service Department. I bought my first Ram there and it was taken care of thru the years by Chuck Ceadarburg 👍🏽. About 3 years ago prior to change of ownership they performed a major engine swap on my 2002 Ram and has taken care of my Wife’s 2013 Ram along with our newest 2020 Ram. I would like to thank Jeremy and the rest of the Service Department along with Shane in the parts Department. We just don’t have anyone in Lincoln City that we can trust yet alone do the quality of work in a timely manner. And to mention that Jeremy reminds me of how Chuck took care of us in the past.
