To the persons with the Journey, I find it hard that you were just blown off as you say. I have been dealing with Gresham Dodge since 1996 and have never had a bad experience with any service that's has been performed including warrant work. When I leave messages they call me back or the other way around. Maybe your vehicle was worked on by another dealer that you are not saying. Why for the wrong suspension bolt? Anyways I will be seeing Ken and the crew this week for my other vehicle to be serviced this week before my trip to California. Keep up the great customer service. More
