Ken, the service manager and his team provide amazing customer service, excellent communication, and I'm always taken care of. There are plenty of options around to get good service. I choose to give these guys my business because they know my truck better than anyone and are quick to get me out the door. They understand that when my truck is down, I'm not making money. not a good time 1. they were supposed to hold my $10,000 down payment check until i had the money in the credit union. they did not hold it, luckily, the money was in 1. they were supposed to hold my $10,000 down payment check until i had the money in the credit union. they did not hold it, luckily, the money was in there 2 hours before the check was. 2.we financed thru Chrylser Capital, & got a $500 for doing so. the dealer said we had to leave the loan with Chrysler for 181 days, or Chrysler could invoice us for the $500.(make us pay it back). Untrue, we financed afer 35 days. 3 Our exended service contract arrived in the mail with the wrong name on, , we are waiting to see if that gets fixed. 4. All in all, I would have rather stood in the snow in my bare feet for 8 hours. More

I talked with the technician who worked on my vehicle. He explained everything to me and helped me understand the issues and how to resolve them. The repair was done right the first time. I will definitely be going back for service and for my next car. More
amazing service center I brought my car in for service and was treated like a king. My check engine light came on and they took my car and had it back in about 3 days. The service writer i was working with kept me up to date by calling me and letting me know on my cars status. When i came to pick it up the process was a breeze. I was out the door in about 5 minutes. I give this service center a 5 star plus! More

Communication from Ken & Jeremy is the way it should be done, very informative and not the run around like other dealers give you. My latest service on my vehicle went like I figured it would, fast, friendly and informative on other services that will needed in the future. To the persons with the Journey, I find it hard that you were just blown off as you say. I have been dealing with Gresham Dodge since 1996 and have never had a bad experience with any service that's has been performed including warrant work. When I leave messages they call me back or the other way around. Maybe your vehicle was worked on by another dealer that you are not saying. Why for the wrong suspension bolt? Anyways I will be seeing Ken and the crew this week for my other vehicle to be serviced this week before my trip to California. Keep up the great customer service. More

service mngr i brought my challenger in to have the front plate installed,which was done successfully. i pointed out a problem i had with a segal leaving a blemish i brought my challenger in to have the front plate installed,which was done successfully. i pointed out a problem i had with a segal leaving a blemish on the paint he had one of hes men take care of it for me,now you cant tell there was ever a blimish. in my opinion the service mngr went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. Well not only did Gresham dodge work with me they took care of all problems with no questions asked just dropped it off and picked it up a few days later thanks again guys More
