My experience with this dealership started with an email that worked into a phone call from Art Marambe to get more details about what I was interested in. Because I could not get to the dealership right away we started all the paperwork over the phone. When the amount offered for my trade in was SIGNIFICANTLY less than Kelley Blue Book wholesale value I questioned his numbers and voiced my concern that I wasn't getting what the car was worth. He then accused me of trying to steal from the dealership by asking for a lower than retail price on the Jeep that I was interested, which was completely false. We had not even reached that part of the discussion. Now, a couple weeks later I get an email from Art advertising a local bar - nothing related to the dealership. Just an email with a link to the bar's website. He has now used my email for person reasons. His professionalism, customer service and work ethics are completely lacking. I will never recommend anyone working with that dealership just for the fact that they hired Art Marambe. I have since made a vehicle purchase at another dealership where they were actually friendly, didn't accuse me of stealing from them and I ended up spending more money than I had anticipated. A much better experience and a better more expensive car to boot and I couldn't be happier. Your loss Art. What would your commission have been??? More
Art was quick to respond to my internet request and courteous enough to invite me in up front! Even though, because of my circumstances, I was unable to purchase a 1500 right away, Art went way out of courteous enough to invite me in up front! Even though, because of my circumstances, I was unable to purchase a 1500 right away, Art went way out of his way to make sure everyone was on top of their game to try and set up my not easy request. Andrew, the Sales Manager did a great job backing him up and Will put some time in with the banks to try and get it done with my negative equity! All in all, if you are looking for a dealer group to really go the extra mile to make sure you get what you are looking for, call in and ask for Art. He's the man in the Portland area if you are looking for a Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler or Ram. Thanks again guys! More

Took my Challenger to another dealership, and they didn't know what kind of oil to use. So we decided to go to Gresham Dodge etc where we bought the car. They serviced it in a very timely manner, and didn't know what kind of oil to use. So we decided to go to Gresham Dodge etc where we bought the car. They serviced it in a very timely manner, and the price was good. We now only go there. They are friendly and the quality of the work is great. I would recommend this Dealership to everybody. More

Sales man was very professional and very accommodating to my families needs. My wife does not like to go to car dealerships and she was very sick the night I went out looking for a car. Pros: Sales people I dealt with were friendly and I did not feel pressured into buying. Cons: I did however ended up paying an additional 229.00 for some theft protection plan administered by safe-guard I not feel pressured into buying. I felt like I got a pretty good buy on the Ram 1500 I bought but felt like my trade-in value for my 2011 Ram 1500 was somewhat lower than I expected based on KBB trade-in values. More

Their employees made it the most stress-free experience I've ever had in buying a new car. They were kind, easy going people, who went out of their way to help me get the vehicle I wanted. They treated me like family and I am very grateful for their service. I have to say that my initial disappointment turned into a total blessing, and I was very pleased with how gracious and accommodating the people at Gresham Dodge were. I went in there looking to purchase a new 2014 Jeep Patriot. We went through the process and agreed on a price, but my Patriot had to be delivered from Spokane, Washington. Gresham Dodge put me into a loaner car and the Patriot was due to be delivered a day or two later. I don't know if it was buyer's remorse, significant purchase anxiety, or whatever, but that night I felt like I should have gotten a better deal. Things went through my head like, "They didn't give me enough for my trade" and "I should have put my foot down more". I wasn't as excited about getting my first new car in 13 years like I thought I should be. I got a call from Terry, the salesman I was working with, and he said that it had a minor accident at the dealer in Spokane. They still had the vehicle shipped so I could make the decision about what I wanted to do. I went to the dealer, and the front bumper was pushed in to the point that it was separating the molding from the driver side turn signal and headlight. They respected whatever decision I made, and although I felt bad about not being able to accept the vehicle, they were extremely gracious and we willing to find another vehicle with better options for me. I asked if I could walk around the lot one more time before we began the search for a similar Patriot, and they agreed. I ended up finding a 2014 Jeep Compass that was a Trail Rated 4x4 and had the wheels and tires upgrade that I wanted. The sticker was over $2000 more than the sticker price on the Patriot, so I didn't know if they would agree on it for the same price I paid. I asked the question, and they did not hesitate. They wanted to do right by me, and I am very grateful to the entire team there that I had the pleasure to work with. I will be a loyal customer to them from now on. Special thanks to Dick who allowed me to drive three different models on my first visit, Terry who was the salesman I worked with when I came back to buy, Andrew who worked out the financing end and got me the best rate he could, and Ron who encouraged me to make the best decision for me going forward, and to not feel bad about not accepting the Patriot. I couldn't be happier with how things worked out. Definitely a blessing out of a negative. More
