I had originally went to a large dealership in Vancouver Wa. but upon arriving there I found out that they didnt have the vehicle that I was looking for. I went on line and searched for the nearest Dodge de Wa. but upon arriving there I found out that they didnt have the vehicle that I was looking for. I went on line and searched for the nearest Dodge dealership and that is when I found Gresham Dodge. I called them and had the opertunity of speaking with E.C. He informed me that they had the vehicle in-stock that I was looking for so we headed over there. I was greated by E.C. when we arrived and was taken directly to the vehicle that we were looking for. He had good knowlegde of the vehicle and the options that it had. We took the vehicle for a test drive and then went inside to talk about the cost of the vehicle. Once we were inside we were treated very well, never hasseled, given plenty of time to make sure that we were comfortable with the deal that we were offered and made to feal at home. We were treated with getting to work with Andrew S. who was very helpful with trying to meet our needs as far as length of term on the loan, intrest rate and total cost of the vehicle. Once that we had agreed on the numbers we were introduced to their business manager William Hatton who explained all of the number as far as intrest rate, payment date and warranty options. I had initially went out not planning on buying a vehicle on that day because I wanted to make sure that I shopped around to get a good price and I made this known to E.C. and to Andrew. After we talked for a while and they were able to get me my vehicle for a very good price my wife and I decided that the experience had been so good that even if we shopped around and were able to find the same vehicle for a better price (which I dont think is possible) that the people at Gresham Dodge deserved our business since they had treated us so well and met all of our needs. I am very happy with the entire experience that we had and will definitly go back the next time we purchase a dodge/chrysler product. If you are in the Portland/Vancouver area in my opinion this is the only dealership you need to go to if you are looking for a Dodge or Chrysler product. More
Started with e-mail transaction checking on new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Visited dealership to have trade-in vehicles looked at. Told Salespeople if we couldn't get what we wanted for trade-ins and keep Wrangler Unlimited. Visited dealership to have trade-in vehicles looked at. Told Salespeople if we couldn't get what we wanted for trade-ins and keep our payment to approx. $350.00, we did not want to continue working on making a deal. We were happy with our vehicles and weren't desperate to buy a new car. We did not want to dicker back and forth until we were all frustrated. Dealer took our trade-ins for a drive and looked at what we owed on one of them and looked at their vehicle and came back with exactly what we wanted. No haggling. Met our price requirements. When it came time to sign all the papers, we were given all the information we needed in a timely, business-like manner. More

I was very suprised!!! I arrived and had already scheduled to meet with Jerry. Jerry was very polite and professional. There was no pressure to buy. Jerry showed me the truck models I was interested in (RAM 1500). As I compared the quad cab and crew cab, Jerry pulled the vehicles out for me to get a good look and inspect. We took the crew cab for a test drive. I was very happy with the experiance so far. I told Jerry that I was interested and that I had some stipulation on interest rates. He very quickly filled out the paper work and in no time, there was a deal in place, they had meet all my request. No going back and forth and no going to the back room all the time. They beat the interest rate I requested. The entire experience was easy, relaxing, and zero pressure. I was suprised how easy and quik the process was, maybe 3-4 hours total time from look, to test drive, to signing. I was very happy with Gresham Dodge, there staff Jerry and business manager William, polite and good people. I will have no problem with recommending Gresham Dodge. One note, I could not find a better price anywhere in the region. Gresham Dodge had the discounted price on the internet. I am like anyone else and do not like haggleing back and forth. Passed by Gresham Dodge last Saturday and saw the 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye on display by the street. I decided to swing in to take a closer look and MAYBE test drive the car. It just happened to have the tu Dodge Dart Rallye on display by the street. I decided to swing in to take a closer look and MAYBE test drive the car. It just happened to have the turbo-charged "Multi-Air" engine I was hoping to look at. I had been thinking of trading in my '97 Corolla for a while, and was considering Ford Fuzion, Chevy Malibu or maybe a Volkswagen. I only heard about the re-release of the Dart a few weeks ago, but it sparked my interest after reading the solid reviews. Anyway, "EC" (Enrique) met me as I made a bee-line for the car. I told him that I was interested in a test drive, and he basically said "Ok, let's go." We did a quick walk-around first and EC showed me some of the usually unnoticed features that demonstrated the quality of the car, such as the smoothe operation of hinges of the trunk, the solid door grips, the seemingly infinite glove box (literally goes up to my elbow when I reached in). EC wanted me to "get on" the accelerator, he encouraged me to do cookies and get a feel for the turn radius (hopefully his boss doesn't read this). Anyway, I definitely didn't get the oft-sensed vibe from so many salesmen to baby the car and not use up too much gas! EC let me have my way with the Dart. I was pretty much sold after test drive. But I told EC I wanted to look at another Dart on the lot. He didn't object at all. He led me to another Dart that had EXACTLY the only remaining feature not on the first car -- the 8.4 inch user interface "Uconnect" that allows you to control the radio/XM, the interior climate, phone, voice recognition feature, etc. I tried to hide my excitement somewhat, but I was basically sold at that point. We had to reach an agreement on price and my trade-in, of course. To make a long story shorter, I was satisfied with both in the end. I had planned on looking at other cars (the truth is that EC probably wouldn't have objected too much if I had told him I had to look around first), but I doubt I would have gotten a better car or better deal.
