In 53 years I’ve never dealt with a dealer quite this incompetent, dishonest, with an extreme lack of knowledge about their own product. We went in with a very specific set of requirements for a tow vehi incompetent, dishonest, with an extreme lack of knowledge about their own product. We went in with a very specific set of requirements for a tow vehicle for our new trailer. We ended up with Ashley Greene as our salesperson, who knew absolutely NOTHING about towing, a deficiency in most of their employees. But instead of passing us on to the one person there who has a clue, she and her manager Paul pretended they knew what they were doing. The story goes on and on and on, and I do y want to write war and peace, but to put it simply, they sold us a damaged truck in the dark, and didn’t tell us about it, then accused us of doing the damage. Interestingly enough, the truck they sold us ALSO could not tow what we needed it to tow. Bottom line, due to their lack of knowledge, we took an $8,000 hit, and needed up buying another truck from a Dodge dealer (Ron Tonkin) that was knowledgeable, fair, quick and courteous. Learn from our mistakes, and avoid the Gresham Dodge dealership at all costs!!! Big “L” for this dealership. More
I have no credit and earn $135k annually. I was only offered an old, used Mercedes by Sammy. Sammy and that dealership need independent oversight. They definitely don’t need to revert back to its previous GM. But its current GM, Sammy, needs guidance. Yousif is unprofessional, discourteous and lacks respect for his customers especially female, Black customers. I have a thread of text messages from him regarding the vehicle. Yousif is deceptive. Paul is professional, a leader, thorough and very helpful. The vehicle hadn’t had an oil change and filter replacement in nearly a year. The tire was severely damaged and the tire light was on and I was sent home in it. I have the text messages of my concerns. How many customers have been misled or potentially harmed by the staff and the vehicles at this dealership? Paul was able to intervene, get the severely damaged tire replaced, and service the car. I’m 100% disappointed and frustrated by the service I received from Yousif. I deserved better treatment. I also should have been provided more options and a better car. More
JR was a godsend to our family today. He was patient and very (x10) easy to work with. He took his time to work with us and we left the lot happy and satisfied with our new vehicle.
