Very unprofessional .drove 100 miles to look at a sprinter they advertised . Internet ad portrayed as a clean low mileage 46 thousand dollar vehicle . This thing was beat missing and broken parts. Went back in to dealership to negotiate the price if I decided to buy it .he sent his young employee that has been there for two weeks to tell us he wasn’t dealing. I felt sorry for the young salesman as he was doing his best to make a sale, but I feel sorrier for the dealership fo have such a incompetent sales manager working for them. I bought a new dodge scat pack from this dealership in 2016. But never again. I did buy a sprinter from there competition a few hours later and am now happy More

Car shopping was never so easy until I cam to Gresham Dodge. The level of respect and comfort the entire team had was next level. The wait time was normal, staff seemed quick and knowledgeable. Lance did a great job communicating to clueless me and my wife what was going on and shared his knowledge about future maintenance nee knowledgeable. Lance did a great job communicating to clueless me and my wife what was going on and shared his knowledge about future maintenance needs. That was much appreciated because it set our minds at ease about upcoming maintenance. This is our first diesel and the appointment was for our first oil change so we weren't sure what to expect.
