My sales rep Pat was great. Pat took very good care of me. The wait between agreeing on a price and finance was too long considering I was paying cash. This wasn’t Pat’s fault. I was lied to. I was told my credit would be ran once. I said specifically that I wanted my credit ran no more than once. The finance guys here lied straight to my face stating it would only be ran once, an said specifically that I wanted my credit ran no more than once. The finance guys here lied straight to my face stating it would only be ran once, and also confirmed again after my deal was done that I only had my information ran once. I received 3 inquiries in total and this is just flat out messed up. This dealership didn’t even run my credit through chase who I suggested as the best option since I was preapproved already and have several credit cards with them. I’m disgusted with their lack of effort to communicate back with me as well. Terrible, terrible experience and I’ll be sharing with everyone I know! More

Travis and Tyler where wonderful. It was my partner and i’s first time buying a car, let alone together, and they helped us every step of the way .
