For starters I wanna apologize to the whole crew at Gresham Dodge these guys really did put up my B/S I had worked a very long day and was tired So hats off guys …now to the good stuff ….Our Saleman w Gresham Dodge these guys really did put up my B/S I had worked a very long day and was tired So hats off guys …now to the good stuff ….Our Saleman was Ray Edwards I am tell everyone this guy is a Stallion a thoroughbred not only did he get us exactly what we wanted ( A 2020 Jeep Rubicon that is fully loaded to the max) He made sure our short stay there was as comfortable as possible so hats off to you Ray again your the Man …when we were signing paperwork with the Finance manager were thought we weee going to pay one amount but ended up with a 25 dollar a month cheaper car payment and that is with the gap insurance and extended warranty So you tell me ? The wife and I were shocked I can go on !!! But at the end of the day not only did we drive away with a badass Jeep they also helped us get outta 2 car payments ( one binging broke down and upside down) they got us a cheaper car payment…. I would highly highly recommend Going to go see Ray Edwards and the crew at Gresham Jeep Chrysler Dodge And Ram in Gresham Or …. And just a little FYI I am A hotspot Driver and I have a Badass 2020 Ram That pulls a 40 ft 25k trailer and I’m loaded every day …you do the math it’s worth it to check these guys out ….Thanks Again guys for everything you guys are Amazing …Daniel J More

3.21.22 Unprofessional, disorganized and no communication. Had an appointment for 1040a, dropped around 1030a. Went to run errands with a friend. After 2 hours, I had to call them for status communication. Had an appointment for 1040a, dropped around 1030a. Went to run errands with a friend. After 2 hours, I had to call them for status. Reception sent me to...? left my info, said service advisor would call me right back. About 5 minutes after that call I got a text saying this is Jim from Gresham dodge, if you have any questions reply to this text. I replied. No answer. After 20 minutes I texted again. 20 more minutes I called again. At 150p spoke with Jim, my service advisor. My truck had not even been pulled in yet. We talked about the text and no reply, no communication after I dropped my truck, and he said he should know something by 3. At 250p I stopped in. Truck still not even pulled in. He said maybe they could get to it in an hour. MAYBE??? So after 4 hours AFTER my set appointment, and no communication from them unless I initiated (the 4th time) I think I'm done. A complete waste of a day to have my truck sit in their parking lot. Had they told me it would take a whole day, I would have prepared for that or gone somewhere else. My time is valuable. If I need to leave it for a day for a noise, Tell me that. If you're that backed up, make appointments for later. There are several options to have made this better. They just seem not to care about other peoples time. Or communication. I do not recommend them in the least. More
