After driving 2 vehicles 65 miles for a scheduled appointment two days, we found out they did not have the part for the safety recall, which is of course why we had the appointment. Because of Covid appointment two days, we found out they did not have the part for the safety recall, which is of course why we had the appointment. Because of Covid and not knowing how long the repair would take, we bit the bullet and drove a second car. Talked to the service manager Clayton Birtell and he said sorry and later said the scheduling employee was new. Told us no one had the part as if we were supposed to know that. He also asked us if Lance who scheduled the appointment had checked if the part was in! Clayton refused to pay for our gas and had no intention of doing anything for us. I said if that was the case then we would be writing negative reviews wherever we could! More

My only complaints are the amount of time wasted with the salesman going back and forth from me to the manager and the fact that I just bought a $40,000 car and it is FILTHY! My grand baby could have done a salesman going back and forth from me to the manager and the fact that I just bought a $40,000 car and it is FILTHY!
