Gary, Art, and David got the Jeep we wanted and had everything ready for us when we got there from LaPine. We got there at 9:00 am and were driving out at 9:54. In the time we were there we signed all the paperwork, Art did a rundown on how to use the computer, and they were all there to thank us as we were leaving. There was no hidden surprises. Transmission Service I brought my 2005 Dodge in for a binding steering column shift lever and regular transmission service. The shift lever works better than when it was new. However, the transmission developed a leak at 6,300 miles from the repair. I returned the truck back to Gresham Dodge with the expectation of them fixing the leak under repair warranty. Upon inspection, the technician Dan, advised that the pan was leaking and a possible crack in the overdrive case. The repair was $$$. After reviewing the repair bill with my Service Adviser, I asked to speak with the Service Manager. The Service Manager, Kevin understood my position and after discussing the repair issue with the Technician Dan, handled the repair under policy. The professionalism of the Technician Dan was very much appreciated. He explained what the issues were and his steps in the repair. The Service Manager Kevin, listened to my concerns and understood my position. I was very pleased that we could come to a positive resolution. I would recommend Gresham Dodge Service. More

I want to be the one to sell you the car! Everything about my experience at Gresham was awesome. I had a bad experience at another dealer closer to home. That particular dealer would always te Everything about my experience at Gresham was awesome. I had a bad experience at another dealer closer to home. That particular dealer would always tell me that they would call me back or get back to me, but they never followed through on anything. Even their manager stopped responding to my texts. I called Gresham and spoke with Flash to get details on the car I was looking at and he gave me a brief rundown on it. I was at work at the time so I couldn't talk long and asked if I could call him later. Flash said that he would be off work, but to go ahead and call him and he would take care of me. Sure enough he picked up and we talked for a bit and he said that he would text me in the morning and work through everything. We texted throughout the day on the price and what I wanted to pay a month and by the end of the day I had pretty much the exact deal I asked for without any haggling needed. I drove 3 hours from Seattle to Gresham to look at the car and sign all of the paperwork. I came back the next day, (by bus), to pick up the car and drive it home. I wouldn't have done any of this, if I had felt that I was being treated unfairly, or being ignored like at the other dealer. I want to thank Tim for getting my monthly payment within $6 of what I asked for and with only a small down payment. I believe he also got my car out of the showroom without scratching it, so double thanks for that! :D I want to thank Luke for helping me go through all of the paperwork and clearly pointing out what was I was signing for and why, and actually having all of the pricing laid out. The day I picked up the car he also took the time to double check with corporate that all of the correct paperwork had been filed (taxes etc..), before I left, (Since I am from out of state). I want to thank James who washed and cleaned my car to perfection. When I started to drive off the lot another challenger came in and I saw the driver mouth the words "daaaamn" as I went by. I want to thank all of the managers and other employees that stopped by to thank me for the business and to congratulate me for getting such an awesome car. Thank you Flash for working with me and making everything as painless as possible. Thank you for following up with me when you said you would. When we spoke over the phone I said that I wanted to buy a car and you said "Well I hope I'm the one that gets to sell you the car!" and you and your team made that happen. Thank you Everyone! I am now driving a 2019 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack Wide Body in Indigo Blue! More
