Bait and Switch I was given a list of specs the car would have and agreed. I was told it would be 2/3 days, but then they said it was in an accident and would need t I was given a list of specs the car would have and agreed. I was told it would be 2/3 days, but then they said it was in an accident and would need to find a replacement. This seemed a little odd to me, especially the way it was handled...very nonchalantly, as if I didn't need to know details. It took about a week and half ( during which they called a few times waking me up even though I asked expressly to only text because of my work schedule) so they could "match" all the right options. Come to find out some key components were missing. I was told the seats could be changed later and agreed. At signing I found out i was not getting the heated wheel and still agreed even though it felt off. Once home I realized it did not have Brembo brakes, a huge selling point pushed by the floor salesman, and my largest grievance. I had noticed there was a 'spring event' with significant discounts and one salesman acted like he had never heard of such a thing, and then later the other rep literally hung his head as we walked the length of the shop when asked about it, with no verbal reply. I had to later ask the floor guy again and he went and got the rep who said I already had a deal...on a lease. Even when I asked about special floor mats I was told sure...then that rubber mats don't exist...then that I could just pick up my floor mat, shake it out and turn it over...I felt the whole time that they treated me with no respect and feel that the shady bits were intentional to the point of being a scam. Also originally I was going with a cherokee that had all leather and a sunroof. I decided I did not want the sun roof, but wanted most of the features it had. Viatality was my sales man and dan was my sales manager. Vitality did not pressure me into any thing i did not want. He was verry knowleable about the car and provided amazing customer service. Dan and vitality went our of there ways to find the perfect cherokee for me. Dan worked hard to get me a good rate, and make sure i was happy. I am so pleased and so full of graditude. Thank you guys. If you are looking at finding a new car i recomend comming here. They treat you like family. More
