I had negotiated a price with Eric and we had signed the paperwork agreeing to the discount, as we were paying cash. NO JOKE.... after paperwork was signed, Eric and Mike came back and said, "we made a mistake and you will need to pay the original price! SERIOUSLY.... we've already signed! We refused to pay more, done deal- MANAGEMENT(Eric Holms and Mike Crane) IS HORRIBLE, refused to come and speak with us or lower price back to what we agreed and signed for. We were told you can take it or leave it, they refused to contact the General Manager,Joe Levitt because it was his day off and he cannot be bothered. Well, we left it, even if they were to come back and sell for the amount we signed to, at this point-it's a waste of time and insult after the frustration they have caused- they've wasted our time and insulted us, let me remind you we had cash in hand and we are not talking a small amount. Customer service is key, I feel bad for the sales guy, Josh. The greedy finance manager or onsite managers (Eric and Mike) lost him the sale. We are talking about this being the easiest deal they would have done.. AGAIN, we had cash in hand! I will never do business with this company! They need to understand how to full-fill their commitments and honor their pricing. What game they tried to play today is totally unethical and slimy. More

They quoted me $300. Napa quoted me $50. Ron Tonkin quoted me $234. Couldn’t get a reason why they overprice their items? That’s a $70 markup from the dealership down the road. And a 500% markup on the regular part itself. I don’t know how Steve sleeps at night. I wonder where he takes his car to. 🤔 smh #scammers #worsethandrugdealers #cantkeeppromise #greshamdodge #stevedoesntcare #dontcallsteve More

They offered me a $1,000 for my jeep (137,000 Miles) as a trade in on a new vehicle. I declined their services and found a local mechanic Millers Auto Repair in Lebanon and with a little ingenuity MAR removed the injector, replaced it and only charged me $320.00. MAR also informed me that Greshams diesel mechanic couldn't remove the injector and took it upon himself to ADD an O ring to the one he couldn't remove ( I was not informed he had done this) which made the leak worse. Sheisters! If you need a diesel mechanic for your vehicle, Get on over to Millers Auto Repair, Lebanon and tell 'em Vickie sent you. More

They ap I was not happy as you can see below!!! But these guys stepped up to the plate and educated themselves and took care of us!!! We will be back! They appear to be a cut above the rest. So I sent this email to the management 9/8/17 and have had NO response .... we paid hundreds of dollars for the NW package, for half a job..... Gentlemen, Mine and my wife's disappointment stems from what I guess boils down to lack of communication and or lack of product knowledge for your staff.... We purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler 2dr on 6/29/17 and we could not be more pleased with the vehicle or the sale experience. Where we feel the ball was dropped on your end is the push for the Northwest Package. Our jeep is a soft top...no one told us or even new why the soft top was not addressed with the Northwest Package, when I called and spoke with Joshua about this he said, "he had know idea and would have to find out". Which he did and called me back and told me that your product would leave streaks in the top. Well this might be a good answer if this was our 1st Jeep. If you were to go to "Bestop.com" you would find products just for cleaning and preserving jeep soft tops. After all you ARE a JEEP DEALERSHIP. We paid full price for half a job....some how that does not seam right. If your product is not the right one, maybe you should add the correct product to your service, so the job is completed as advertised or marketed. Seams like the right thing to me....but I've only been self-employed for 30plus years what would I know about customer service. Maybe another point of distention is it took eight weeks to get this package done... I called 2x checking on scheduling, we were told a couple weeks at the time of purchase. So then to get it back half done.... It will be interesting waiting for your reply, to find out if you are just another used car dealer that does not care or if you will actually be one that is a cut about the rest. So now 10/04/17 and no response.... More

I would have enjoyed a colonoscopy more I usually pay close attention to reviews, but decided to give Gresham Dodge a chance despite the less-than-attractive rating I saw posted online. Wha I usually pay close attention to reviews, but decided to give Gresham Dodge a chance despite the less-than-attractive rating I saw posted online. What. A. Mistake. Turns out, paying attention to reviews is a wise idea when one is about to make a $30K+ purchase. Almost everything that could have gone wrong with this place did. It was a comedy of errors. Things went so sitcom-worthy-badly that it would have been funny had it not involved me personally. Or a purchase of a new vehicle. But it did, and I deeply regret having any involvement with Gresham Dodge. In fairness, I gave the place multiple opportunities to fix the problems I had. And even then, when they failed miserably to follow-through on their half-hearted promises to fix their own mistakes, I avoided posting a bad review. Because negativity sucks and there is already too much of it online. But ultimately, I decided that I needed to post something as a public service to my fellow Oregonians or any out-of-staters who decide to add to our state's GDP (thanks, BTW!). A car purchase is a huge deal, and there are lots of options out there. Please don't pick this one. And if you - like me - choose to disregard these reviews or write them off as angry-will-never-be-happy-about-anything-miserable-internet-trolls like I did, well, buckle-up because you're about to risk the twilight-zone of bad car purchasing experiences. I won't rehash specifics, but here's a brief overview: 1) the first salesperson I spoke to unapologetically lied to me like I was at some used car shop named something like Barry's Cherry's in some sketchy neighborhood, rather than an actual dealership, 2) the second sales person told me the first salesperson isn't trustworthy and often misstates the truth, 3) they promised a few things related to my new vehicle, didn't do the things promised, and the apology consisted of "sorry, but we got busy," which is interesting because they never looked all-that-busy during the many unnecessary hours I spent there and they had plenty of time to smoke and talk about colleagues and male anatomy, 4) I would not trust any of the sales people to be alone in a car with a woman based on what I witnessed while waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, 5) their managerial staff lack basic customer-service skills or the ability to address concerns, 6) I had to return to this forsaken location multiple times because of paperwork errors made by the Gresham sales/financing staff. All-in-all, I easily sunk 10 hours of wasted time into repeat trips and waiting at their facility. This whine list doesn't come close to capturing the agony and frustration I felt, mixed with deep regret, like the time I thought it would be a good idea to eat three Big Mac's and a large fry at 11:30 p.m. after a 10 mile run. Only imagine those Big Mac's cost me more than a trailer home in Montana and that comes close to how I felt. I tried to remedy these problems by working directly with the staff at Gresham Dodge. I am a reasonable, normally-easy-going person. I dislike complaining. I am an advocate for people needing to have thick skins. But my experience crossed a threshold that I felt was unacceptable, and imposed an obligation of disclosure to my fellow community members. Had Gresham Dodge done the bare minimum of correcting any of the multiple wrongs that occurred, I would have justified myself in forgoing a review. But they failed spectacularly. So, while Gresham Dodge did not remedy its many wrongs related to my transaction, I will feel some peace knowing that my experience may help a neighbor avoid their own carmageddon (trademark me, 2017). Buying a new car should be a fun, exciting experience. Not being chased by a great-white-shark exciting, but driving off the lot with a car you love and at a fair price exciting. I hope your excitement is more like the latter kind. More
