2014 Grand Cherokee Summit Factory issue. I have to say Gresham Chrysler and especially Ken Knudson, Service Manager was absolutely fantastic to deal with and went out of their/his way to reso I have to say Gresham Chrysler and especially Ken Knudson, Service Manager was absolutely fantastic to deal with and went out of their/his way to resolve a factory issue that I have been work unsuccessfully for 2 months with both McLaughlin Auto Mall and Chrysler Customer Service without any success. I gave up on them and called Ken who requested I bring the Jeep in for him to look at. The issue is the driver rear quarter panel and rear door were miss matched by 3/8" and both McLoughlin Auto Mall service, Tami and Chrysler Factory service tried to say there was nothing they could do and they problem was within factory specification, wouldn't affect driving, so they wouldn't cover a very bad and obvious defect. I was amazed Chrysler would make such a statement and accept such poor quality. I took my Jeep to Ken and within "1-1/2 hours" of showing up, he was able to take the Jeep to his body shop, make the repair, and I drove off with my Jeep now looking like a new vehicle should look like from the factory. I would never buy another vehicle from McLoughin Auto Mall. Their service team is awful to deal with, "never" return calls, and don't follow up as they promised to have an answer from Chrysler within 48 hrs of submitting a claim. I gave up after 2 months and Gresham resolved the issue within 1-1/2 hrs when even Chrysler said it couldn't be fixed or they wouldn't do anything. Ken avoided me having to get an attorney involved. Anyone buying a Chrysler should thoroughly look over any new potential car before buying, because Chrysler Customer service will not correct any cosmetic finish issues and will claim it doesn't affect drivability so they don't have to make a repair. They refused to even give me their acceptance standards and claim it is proprietary. ---In other words they want to be able to just tell you to go away and not stand behind their product quality. My hat goes off to Gresham Chrysler for their Customer service and ability to resolve a serious Chrysler issue when the factory won't. I will always buy and service may Chrysler Truck and autos there. Thank You Ken...!! More

Took my Challenger to another dealership, and they didn't know what kind of oil to use. So we decided to go to Gresham Dodge etc where we bought the car. They serviced it in a very timely manner, and didn't know what kind of oil to use. So we decided to go to Gresham Dodge etc where we bought the car. They serviced it in a very timely manner, and the price was good. We now only go there. They are friendly and the quality of the work is great. I would recommend this Dealership to everybody. More

Horrible customer service, keep clear! Use to be a loyal customer and recommended their service department on a regular occasion. Went to take my truck in to have regular maintenance done (oil change/tire customer and recommended their service department on a regular occasion. Went to take my truck in to have regular maintenance done (oil change/tire rotation) and wanted them to take a peak at the wheel well where their was a noise coming from when I turned real sharp. They wanted $102 to look at, not even to repair? I questioned the charge because out of all the years taking my dodge trucks their I have never been charged a fee to look at. The norm is; I ask them to look at, they diagnose, tell me how much, and they get it done. I called the manager Paul about this and the first words out of his mouth was did I purchase our vehicles their? Guess this is because it will affect the level of customer service I will be given. Paul passed me off to his head of the service department Ken, who instead of trying to retain a regular customer and take care of me, questioned my loyalty? Wow, something that could of been so easy. Change the oil, rotate the tires, and take a look at the problem. Their not the cheapest in town but that did not matter to me because they took care of me, until today. Must be new management or owners becuase their is definately a change in the customer service level. Unless you bought your vehicle their, do not bother! More

Great Dealership for service work on Dodge Ram ,had issue with check engine light on , Ken referred me to work with Barb on concern with vehicle and they went over and beyond to fix my truck and I was back o with check engine light on , Ken referred me to work with Barb on concern with vehicle and they went over and beyond to fix my truck and I was back on the road home so that I could be with my son on his Birthday. I purchased my 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT-8 from Andrew at Gresham dodge and it was a great experience. I contacted him through their internet sales page and was extremely happy with the quick response to my Gresham dodge and it was a great experience. Additionally, Andrew went out of his way to locate the exact color and options that I was looking for which was not an easy task on the limited SRT production models. Since then I have had my Challenger SRT-8 and my wires Cherokee SRT-8 serviced exclusively by Gresham Dodge with great results every time. Eric and Ken in service always take great care of us. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair price on a new or used car with a more laid back sales approach. I would also recommend their service department for anyone who is very picky about their vehicles as I am extremely picky about vehicle service and they have always done a great job for us.
