3.21.22 Unprofessional, disorganized and no communication. Had an appointment for 1040a, dropped around 1030a. Went to run errands with a friend. Reception sent me to...? left my info, said service advisor would call me right back. About 5 minutes after that call I got a text saying this is Jim from Gresham dodge, if you have any questions reply to this text. I replied. No answer. After 20 minutes I texted again. 20 more minutes I called again. At 150p spoke with Jim, my service advisor. My truck had not even been pulled in yet. We talked about the text and no reply, no communication after I dropped my truck, and he said he should know something by 3. At 250p I stopped in. Truck still not even pulled in. He said maybe they could get to it in an hour. MAYBE??? So after 4 hours AFTER my set appointment, and no communication from them unless I initiated (the 4th time) I think I'm done. A complete waste of a day to have my truck sit in their parking lot. Had they told me it would take a whole day, I would have prepared for that or gone somewhere else. My time is valuable. If I need to leave it for a day for a noise, Tell me that. If you're that backed up, make appointments for later. There are several options to have made this better. They just seem not to care about other peoples time. Or communication. I do not recommend them in the least. More
This is the 5th truck I have bought from this dealership. As far as dealerships go I have always had an easy time negotiating prices and then getting in and out of the finance office. EASY. The wait time was normal, staff seemed quick and knowledgeable. Lance did a great job communicating to clueless me and my wife what was going on and shared his knowledge about future maintenance nee knowledgeable. That was much appreciated because it set our minds at ease about upcoming maintenance. This is our first diesel and the appointment was for our first oil change so we weren't sure what to expect. Overall a good experience. More

Through tough the times of Covid, dealing with building roof failures, and a horrible parts supply chain issues - This team has pulled through and created a great customer experience. I ordered parts in January for a remote start kit on my truck. Soon after the order went to national back order, and the updates were ever changing and deceiving. After five months of not being able to get the parts from the manufacture, and not other dealers had them, Pete and Theresa went above and beyond to hunt for the first available unites out of state, and had the parts shipped in. Once the parts were there, Keith made sure that I got my truck in quickly and had alternate transportation. Thanks a lot guys and gals! More
