Bad customer service ever never going back there again. Overall experience was good and I was able to get a beautiful truck with in the price range I was shooting for. Once I got home the truck was even more impressive then I envisioned. Got scammed into buying a year-old Pacifica off the lot here. The sales rep was slimy, and in hindsight was evasive of our questions in ways that gave a completely false impression. The van has been a lemo here. The sales rep was slimy, and in hindsight was evasive of our questions in ways that gave a completely false impression. The van has been a lemon and we've had to use their repair department for under warranty repairs. Their availability is very poor and they are consistently unable to deal with the issues in a timely way. During the most recent repair they were absolutely incompetent and unable to come up with a plan to deal with the issue. More
