After driving 2 vehicles 65 miles for a scheduled appointment two days, we found out they did not have the part for the safety recall, which is of course why we had the appointment. Because of Covid and not knowing how long the repair would take, we bit the bullet and drove a second car. Talked to the service manager Clayton Birtell and he said sorry and later said the scheduling employee was new. Told us no one had the part as if we were supposed to know that. He also asked us if Lance who scheduled the appointment had checked if the part was in! Clayton refused to pay for our gas and had no intention of doing anything for us. I said if that was the case then we would be writing negative reviews wherever we could! More

Horrible experience with service department Painful experience with horrible customer service. Our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica was there for 56 days!! It required a warranty transmission replacement. Painful experience with horrible customer service. Our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica was there for 56 days!! It required a warranty transmission replacement. Gresham Chrysler sat on it for weeks doing no work. It required us getting Chrysler customer care involved to get them to move forward with repairs. I now know that warranty repairs are the bottom of the food chain with dealerships. We also found out that Chrysler authorized $1800 in loaner reimbursement to Gresham Chrysler and Gresham Chrysler gave us an in house loaner that they charged Chrysler for. The loaner was in no way comparable to the size of my mini van and I asked repeatedly for a larger loaner with no luck until Chrysler customer care stepped in. This dealership gave us the run around for weeks until we got assertive. Amazingly our Pacifica was finished to the day that the $1800 reimbursement from Chrysler ran out. When they returned the Pacifica to us it made this horrible noise that they refused to fix or even acknowledge that something was wrong. We took it to Dicks Chrysler in Hillsboro and they repaired what Gresham failed to do. Gresham Chrysler failed to hook up the exhaust correctly after installing the new transmission and they forgot to hook up our GPS antenna. They made a horrible stressful experience even more horrible!! Wish I could give no stars More

Went back for 1st service (oil/rotation) and ended my business relationship with 20 loose lug nuts (verified by Dodge in Vancouver. Not just “not tight” but loose enough for the car to vibrate my wife off the interstate. “Finger tight” won’t even cause that. Gresham Dodge is not worth the risk. Total failure. More

The shift lever works better than when it was new. However, the transmission developed a leak at 6,300 miles from the repair. I returned the truck back to Gresham Dodge with the expectation of them fixing the leak under repair warranty. Upon inspection, the technician Dan, advised that the pan was leaking and a possible crack in the overdrive case. The repair was $$$. After reviewing the repair bill with my Service Adviser, I asked to speak with the Service Manager. The Service Manager, Kevin understood my position and after discussing the repair issue with the Technician Dan, handled the repair under policy. The professionalism of the Technician Dan was very much appreciated. He explained what the issues were and his steps in the repair. The Service Manager Kevin, listened to my concerns and understood my position. I was very pleased that we could come to a positive resolution. I would recommend Gresham Dodge Service. More

Needed warranty work and and while in I wanted an oil and filter change.All instructions were on the envelope you are asked to fill out with the key. I’m not going into all the things that went wrong, because it all went wrong. When I got there that night to pick it up nothing was done. Disgusted, I walked out. The next morning I called the service manager and left polite messages. He called me back. I want to say that the response I got from Jeremy the service manager was more than enough to make my attitude about the service department do a 180. He went above and beyond. Honestly though anyone would deserve it after what had happened. I would and will do business with them again. Absolutely a satisfied customer. More
