Fused #4 injector 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD 4x; #4 injector was leaking and was fused, they said they'd have to remove the engine for an upwards of 6 to 7thousand dollars 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD 4x; #4 injector was leaking and was fused, they said they'd have to remove the engine for an upwards of 6 to 7thousand dollars to remove the injector. They offered me a $1,000 for my jeep (137,000 Miles) as a trade in on a new vehicle. I declined their services and found a local mechanic Millers Auto Repair in Lebanon and with a little ingenuity MAR removed the injector, replaced it and only charged me $320.00. MAR also informed me that Greshams diesel mechanic couldn't remove the injector and took it upon himself to ADD an O ring to the one he couldn't remove ( I was not informed he had done this) which made the leak worse. He called over 5 different dealerships and Gresham Dodge knew exactly what he needed- they listened to what he the issue was and took the time to fit us in the schedule. No nonsense or bs- super professional and impressive customer service! Well worth the hour drive. Definitely would recommend! More

Dropped car off to have the service completed said I would get a call that day and did not. Called the next day to be placed on hold for 20 minutes and being sent to voicemail after ten minutes each time to call back and leave a message with another person. Finally get a call back to hear they had not looked at my car yet and would get a call when the tech came back from lunch. Three hours later still no call. I'm not even expecting my car to get done that soon but not getting calls and being updated when they say they will is the opposite of what a "service" department should offer. Worst service department experience of my life Absolutely the shadiest service department I have ever visited. Absolute nightmare dealing with this place; 6 months of trying to fix my Jeep. So-called Service adviser Keith Weisberger is a fraud and attempts to rip off customers with parts they don't need. Service manager Steve Becker is a snake oil salesman at best. Been here several times with transmission issues they have been paid to fix, but have not been able to repair. They've been paid over $3000 and now refuse to repair the Jeep and refuse refund. This service department put me through the third degree and drug me through the gravel. Absolute worst service department I have ever been to; cannot emphasize that enough. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau and filing complaint with Attorney General. PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Don't wait until it is too late, and read the other reviews. I wish I had. I love American cars and mostly buy American, with occasional European, but no wonder American car companies are going down the drain; because of xxxxxxxx like these people. It also seems like a lot of their '5 star' reviews are fake... CONSUMER BEWARE! More
