Thank you for sharing your experience with us, however we do not see the point in sharing the same experience across multiple sites. We have done our best to rectify your experience but understand if you choose to not provide us another opportunity to earn your business. As soon as we discovered that we had provided incorrect pricing we contacted to immediately and offered to provide all diagnostic services free of charge if you wanted to take it to another service facility. Then we substantially discounted the repair and provided multiple options to again reduce the cost of the repair. We were under the impression that you recognized our efforts especially after calling multiple service centers looking for a better deal. The delay in repair was directly due to our misunderstanding that you indeed wanted us to proceed with the repair. Once you gave us the go ahead we did everything possible to complete the repair as fast as possible. We appreciate the time you've taken to share your experience and hope you can appreciate our efforts to rectify the situation. We whole heartily hope that you have a good week and enjoy your vehicle once again.
